Nik Kolluru

Nik joined Align Ventures in 2021 and brings more than 15 years of operational leadership experience. At Align, Nik supports the firm’s evolution and its long-term growth.

He specializes in helping organizations move from early-stage complexity to sustainable growth by aligning strategy, execution, and teams. Previously, Nik helped scale operations at SaaS startups backed by firms including Andreessen Horowitz, Khosla Ventures, and Y Combinator, where he launched new teams and managed enterprise relationships with clients. He has also held senior leadership roles in NYC Health + Hospitals and private medical practices.

Nik holds a B.A. in Economics from UC Berkeley.
