Ben Bryce
Ben founded Align Ventures in 2018. He brings a decade of consumer investing, capital raising and portfolio management experience to the venture firm and sits on a number of boards in its portfolio.
Prior to Align, Ben held senior executive positions at Louis Vuitton-Moët-Hennessy (LVMH), Estēe Lauder Companies and Marzotto Group. Ben is also an attorney, he practiced M&A law at Clayton Utz, one of Australia’s largest law firms.
Ben completed his MBA at the University of Melbourne in Australia. He earned Bachelor degrees in both Law and Business Systems as well as a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University.
Ben sits on numerous boards including Coterie, Radar, Jinx, Nurture Life, Next Health and Silo.

Grant Hosking
Grant brings over 15 years of venture capital, investment banking, operating and private equity experience to Align Ventures.
From 2007 to 2018, Grant served as a Vice President and Director within Stifel’s Investment Banking Group, completing a broad range of public and private securities capital markets offerings as well as advising on numerous M&A transactions, with an aggregate value in excess of $50 billion. From 2016 to 2019 Grant was a managing partner in Light Street Investments, a private equity search fund focused on $1M to $5M acquisitions with a realized portfolio return of 5x ROIC in three years. Mr. Hosking was also the co-founder and President of Reserve Rentals, which sold to Domio in 2018 for a 6x ROIC to investors. After selling to Domio, grant served as VP of Real Estate Development.
Grant has been investing in venture capital for over 15 years with notable venture investments in: Spotify, Twitter, Uber, Instacart, Indigov and Pinterest, among others. Grant earned a B.S. from in finance from the University of Richmond.
Grant sits on numerous boards including California Naturals, Figure AI, Coterie, Jinx, Next Health, Nurture Life, Radar and Scout AI.

Neel Chary
Neel has been investing in venture capital for over 10 years as an angel, fund investor, board member, and advisor across various industries. Neel brings 15+ years of venture capital, investment banking and private equity experience.
Prior to Align, Neel was an Investment Banking Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group, where he executed over $50B of transaction value across M&A, financing, liability management, and restructuring transactions for some of the worlds largest companies. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Neel was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industries Group at Bear Stearns and a Summer Analyst at JP Morgan.
Neel holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.

Chris Gardner
Chris brings 12+ years of venture capital, investment banking and private equity experience to Align Ventures.
Prior to Align, Chris was a Vice President in Stifel’s Investment Banking Group where he executed 40+ transactions totaling over $50B of transaction value across M&A, public and private financings and restructuring transactions. Prior to Stifel, Chris was a Summer Analyst at UBS.
Chris holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Accounting magna cum laude from Bentley University where he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Soccer Team.

Greer Love
Greer founded Lenox Partners, an NBA agency leveraging his 20-year background in investment banking and private equity, having closed 85+ transactions totaling over $2.5 billion in value. Greer began his career in New York at Citigroup Investment Bank, followed by Watch Hill Partners, a boutique M&A advisory firm.
He also spent 7 years at Huron Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm in Detroit, overseeing all aspects of due diligence and deal execution.
Greer holds a B.S. in Sociology magna cum laude from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Leif Lundaas
Leif has more than 15 years of buyside experience from both the public and private markets, investing across multiple industries and geographies. Prior to joining Align Ventures earlier this year, Leif was a lead Midstream research analyst for Pickering Energy Partners. Leif worked 8 years as an investment professional at Solanas Capital (within Jefferies and PWP), a long/short equity hedge fund in New York investing in energy transition, clean tech and renewables space. Leif started his career as a banker for Salomon Smith Barney and later did venture capital at Goldman Sachs.
Leif holds a B.A. in Economics from UC Berkeley and an MBA from MIT.
