Rodrigo Alvarez

Rodrigo brings over three decades of experience in financial services across Latin America, with a focus on strategic capital raising, investor engagement, and alternative investments.

Prior to Align, he was a Principal at G Squared, a growth equity firm focused on late-stage private technology companies, where he established and led the firm’s Miami office, driving investor relationships across South Florida and Latin America. Earlier, he served as Head of Emerging Markets Credit Sales for the U.S. and Latin America at Macquarie Capital.

Rodrigo holds a BBA in International Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business.
