Melanie Singh

Melanie joined Align Ventures in 2025 and focuses on early-stage consumer investments.

She previously worked at The Estée Lauder Companies on the New Incubation Ventures team, investing in emerging prestige and luxury beauty brands globally. During her time at ELC, she also served as a reverse mentor to Jane Hertzmark Hudis, the firm’s Executive Group President, providing insight on next-generation consumer trends. Before this role, she gained operational experience at beauty brands, including Westman Atelier in its early stages of growth.

Melanie graduated cum laude from NYU Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Business and Political Economy.
