Justin Dennis

Justin joined Align Ventures in 2025 and focuses on fund operations, investor relations, and fund accounting. He brings over 8 years of experience spanning financial operations, wealth management, fund accounting, and entrepreneurial ventures.

He previously served as a Venture Associate at Adit Ventures, investing in late-stage growth technology companies, leading investor relations and fund operations. Earlier, he held a wealth management position at Morgan Stanley and served as a fund assurance and valuation associate at Cohen & Co.

Justin earned a B.A. in Economics from Hobart College and holds Series 7 & 57 licenses.
