Harsh Gill

Harsh joined Align Ventures in 2025 and focuses on fund operations, SPVs, and investor onboarding. He brings over 9 years of experience spanning consulting, financial operations, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Previously, he spent six years in KPMG’s Deal Advisory Strategy team, leading commercial and operational due diligence, growth strategy, and synergy assessments for Technology, Media & Telecom clients. Earlier, he served as Finance Manager at American Merchants Inc. in Los Angeles.

Harsh holds an MBA in Finance from California State University, Los Angeles, a BSc (Hons) in Business & Management from the University of Bradford, and is CFA certified.
