Greer Love

Greer joined Align Ventures in 2025, leveraging his 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity to support investment strategies.

Previously, he founded Lenox Partners, an NBA agency that, in addition to contract negotiation and marketing support, also helped athletes build a family office with in-house principal investment capability. Greer began his career at Citigroup Investment Bank, followed by Watch Hill Partners, a boutique M&A advisory firm. He then spent seven years at Huron Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm, overseeing due diligence, deal execution, and Board observation.

Greer holds a B.S. in Sociology magna cum laude from Indiana University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
